Hi-Force Introduces New NTW and NTM Torque Tool Ranges

Hi-Force has upgraded its manual torque wrench and torque multiplier offering with the launch of the new NTW Manual Torque Wrenches and NTM Manual Torque Multipliers. Featuring enhanced specifications, increased torque capacities and practical design improvements, the new ranges deliver reliable performance and greater versatility for demanding industrial bolting applications.
Designed for applications including industrial maintenance, machinery assembly and heavy equipment servicing, the NTW and NTM Series offer a choice of models to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
NTW Manual Torque Wrenches
The new NTW range comprises seven models, with torque capacities from 12 to 1000 Nm, providing precise and reliable torque control across a variety of industrial bolting applications.
Key features include:
- Torque capacities from 12 to 1000 Nm (10 to 730 lbf.ft)
- Square drive sizes from ⅜″ to 1″, with interchangeable ¾″ and 1″ drives on selected models
- Repeatable accuracy of ±3% in accordance with ISO 6789-1:2017
- Push-through ratchet mechanism for clockwise and counterclockwise operation
- Secure push/pull locking mechanism to prevent accidental changes to the preset torque during operation
NTM Manual Torque Multipliers
Complementing the NTW range, the new NTM manual torque multipliers extend torque capabilities up to 9500 Nm, allowing operators to apply high torque with greater control and reduced physical effort. Designed for use with Hi-Force NTW manual torque wrenches, the NTM range provides a practical solution for demanding high-torque bolting applications.
Key features include:
- Torque capacities up to 9500 Nm
- Multiplication ratios ranging from 5:1 to 27:1
- Output square drives in ¾″, 1″ and 1½″ sizes to accommodate a variety of fastener requirements
- Selected models feature an Anti Wind-Up Ratchet mechanism to contain reaction forces during tightening, supporting safer and more controlled operation
